If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, subject to the exceptions below. To cancel, email contact@fitforeverygame.com with your order number within the cancellation period.

Books and other physical goods: you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Please return the item unused and in its original condition. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or not as described. We will refund you, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the item back or proof that you have returned it.

On-demand digital courses: access to on-demand courses starts immediately after purchase, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Cohort programmes (such as the Master Planning Programme): you can cancel within 14 days of purchase. If the programme has already started at your request, we may deduct an amount in proportion to what has been delivered. If we cancel or reschedule a cohort, you can choose a transfer to a future cohort or a full refund, as set out in our Additional Terms: https://en.fitforeverygame.com/additional-terms

Faulty or incorrect items: contact us and we will replace or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
