Before you start

Foundation: Planning & Periodisation is completed on demand, ahead of the live programme. This builds the core framework so all five live sessions focus on applying it to your own environment with Damian.

If you haven't completed Foundation yet, you can add it as part of the checkout process and complete the course before the cohort begins on 15 September.
