A two-day football performance and periodisation clinic for coaches - December 5-6, 2026.

FFEG Live brings Damian Roden's methodology to North Carolina for the first time, in partnership with NC Rush Central. Over two days, the four pillars of Fit For Every Game are taught live and then coached on the pitch - the periodisation approach Damian has used and applied across three decades in the Premier League, MLS and international football.

Saturday 5 December - The Four Pillars, Taught Live

• Periodisation - the principles the whole weekend builds on
• Prevention - keeping players available across a season
• Conditioning - building the physical capacity the game demands
• Regeneration - recovery as a planned part of the week

Sunday 6 December - On the Pitch, Then Into the Plan

The morning moves outside for coached practical sessions:

• Technical
• Small Possessions
• Strides & Football Sprints
• Fitness Runs

The afternoon moves into Planning, finishing with hands-on exercises on how to apply the methodology to your own team. You leave with a plan you have built yourself.

Delivered By Damian Roden

Head of Performance and Medical at Stoke City and a UEFA Pro Licence Instructor, Damian has worked across the Premier League, MLS and international football, and educated coaches for the FA of Wales, the FAI, Singapore FA and the JFA. Fit For Every Game is his authored methodology, built through thirty years of applied practice.
